Rishi Sunak is considering introducing some of the world’s toughest anti-smoking measures that would in effect ban the next generation from ever being able to buy cigarettes, the Guardian has learned.

Whitehall sources said the prime minister was looking at measures similar to those brought in by New Zealand last December. They involved steadily increasing the legal smoking age so tobacco would end up never being sold to anyone born on or after 1 January 2009.

That’s cute. But it will never happen. I will eat a cake made out of a hat of it does.

Challenge accepted! What baked goods/headwear combo would you like? A nice madeira fedora? Black forest chapeau?

Flat cap flapjack, Battenburg bowler, or Beanie brownie?

Good work, I was struggling for other and even tried to make “flat cap” work.

The best I could come up with was Sicilian Whole Orange Cake (using pulp, juice and pith helmet).

He won’t though. Too much money in it so screw the health consequences.
