    chronic heroin use raises estrogen levels. always wondered if that’s why many trans people end up with opioid habits.

    less about purely chasing the high or rush but more the “i just feel more myself” that can occur over time

      I feel like it’s more the average trans person is way more depressed and lives in conditions where opiates would be easier to get
