    And, oddly, the longer it takes for the government to process applications, the more money these companies make. Whenever, there’s some government “mistake” or perceived shortfall a bit of digging always seems to turn up the fact that this “accident” had the “unintended” consequence of pumping more money into the pockets of a few big businesses. If it weren’t part of a plan, it would be a lot more random.
