    But people who want to opt in to zero-hours contracts because of the flexibility they offer can still do so.

    This seems like the best way of doing things, because if there’s people who want to be on a zero-hours contract they shouldn’t be banned from doing so.

      If people can opt in then they will be pressured into opting in.

      How do you define opt in. Cos I garrentee you if the company wants 0 hour employees those that don’t opt in don’t get a job.
