When do you think the people of Clacton will realise they’ve been used?

Speaking to the Mirror about the Arizona speech this weekend, Farage said he was honouring a longstanding commitment “because I am not the sort of person who lets people down, otherwise you get a terrible reputation”

    Oh yes, that’s how.

What do you bet that Donald Trump doesn’t even know his name? I can’t imagine he’s really a great rallyer for Trump I mean the Americans aren’t going to know who he is.

We may need some automated trigger warning when his name is posted here.

That said, the Garudian does seem to specialise in thumbnail photos of him that make him look like a smug toad. Or is that just his resting git face?

By some horribly bad timing, I once saw him in real life, and yes, he’s every bit that gormless.

Nigel Farage is Donald Trump’s Grima Wormtongue.

He’s doing far more to damage Reform’s reputation than anyone else could have ever hoped to do. Tice was an idiot to let him on board, as it’s clear that he only cares about himself, but then again tice is an idiot.

His character and conduct should come as no surprise. Clacton knowingly voted for this.

That must be something in the water because every time the news interviews any of them they’re all as thick as bricks.

      “He’s a man of the people”, no he’s not, he’s a multi-millionaire.

“He speaks truth to power”, again no he does not, he’s literally never done that because that would involve doing his job which he’s never done. He didn’t do it when he was in MEP why would he do it as an MP?

There’s even some fat old guy saying he was a WASP which is an old '90s White supremacists phraseology. So not only is he out of date he’s also a racist great combo.

Farage is not an Anglo-Saxon surname, and he has non-English ancestors besides the alleged Huguenot. As for whether he’s Catholic or Protestant, it’s unlikely he attends any religious ceremony any more than he attends the European Parliament or the House of Commons. That would require effort.

Conservative populism is going to fail in the states. It would have a direct effect on his megaphone.

The US has a lot to answer for, but there’s no way they’ve done anything so heinous as to have deserved this.
